“Overall fine piece but had to work to bend metal back into place after shipping. I’ve never seen such a horribly packaged item arrive at my business. There needs to be a renewed quality control before items leave the warehouse. If we didn’t need to use this immediately, I would have returned.”

“The hanging rack wobbles on the top causing clothes to rock. Scared to even put the extra tray I bought on top with any product. Would not recommend”

“The reason these got a 4/5 is one arrived without the allen wrench and the other arrived without a screw that we had to replace. But once set up these are sturdy and super easy to collapse for travel.”

“i purchased several of these throughout the last few months and i have never been so unsatified with the packaging and delivery of these items. i even received them in the wrong color and when i did receive the correct ones they came with no hardware to put together. terrible service and i will not be ordering from this company again”
