“I love the design of this rack, but I was unhappy with the quality I received. Most of the pieces were streaked with something like mud. I was able to get a lot of it off, but some pieces were also scratched, which would not come off. Also, the holes drilled in the top circle were not straight, and as a result two of the four screws would not fit into the holes at all. I was able to put it together with one screw on each side of the circle, but it isn't quite held together correctly and therefore isn't as sturdy as it should be. In the end, the rack is usable, but I was disappointed. It definitely doesn't look like a brand new rack that I paid good money for.”

“After doing a lot of research, the price of this clothing rack was very reasonable. The only thing that I missed was that it is distressed. I thought it was damaged when I received it, but after talking to customer service, they informed me that it was intentionally distressed.”
