“This rack is proving very useful to us in our boutique. We currently have it set up to use only 2 of the 4 arms due to limited space and it's great! We even have a garment hanging from the 4 square bar (braces) just below the arms. We will be excited to use it in it's full form when we expand to a larger space. The design is functional, flexible, easy to assemble, and very sturdy. I would recommend getting the wheels if you are going to be moving the rack around all it, it is quite heavy.”

“This rack looks great and the construction is overall very sturdy. The portion of the arms that is adjustable up and down has quite a bit of slack side to side. It hasn't been a problem in use, customers don't seem to notice it at all. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and offered an easy return if I wanted, but I chose to keep the rack because even with the wobble its exactly what I needed.”

“I bought several of the products from this line for my store and this is one of my favorites. I like how you can easily adjust the height, and they can be quite tall. One of mine came with a pole that had holes drilled slightly off, so the key that locks in the height doesn't go through all the way. Otherwise I would have given these 5 stars.”

“Fed Ex delivered my package to a wrong address, retrieved it and delivered it to me. But by then, the box had been opened and critical pieces (the hardware) were missing. I called customer service and they sent out new hardware with no questions asked and I got it 2 days later!! I LOVE this rack - I am a clothes horse and my racks always collapse - NOT NOW !!!”
