“I bought 2ea of these racks and am sad to give a poor review because I LOVE StoreSupply, everything else I buy from them is great! - I ended up using only one of these racks and only out of necessity, I gave the other away to a friend (she ended up not using it). If garments are evenly spaced on the rack and not disturbed, it's fine. But as soon as a customer slides the clothes along the rails, it totally tips sideways giving in to the weight of the garments - very frustrating. It's just way too unstable - wish I would've returned them....lesson learned. So my advice - please choose a different rack - Store Supply's other 2-way racks are fantastic - go with one of those!”

“I bought this a month ago, and it looks fine, but is wobbly and will not stay level, so clothes on one side pull the bar down. It's not perpendicular as it should be. It is still usable, but I'm looking to replace it asap.”

“The parts seem solid but when you go to screw in the pole to the base it wobbles and my clothes slide down to the front of the rack.”

“Great rack that was easy to assemble and is also easy to disassemble. We need to transport evening gown, dresses and shoes to and from pageants and love this rack. I first was a little worried because the top part of the vertical rod is not screwed in, just fastened with a metal peg, but the rack is sturdy, never tipped over, easy to transport, and easy to maneuver due to the large casters. It will last for a very long time. Love it!”
