“I purchased 3 of these baskets. They looked great online and would fit perfectly into the decor of my shop. The baskets arrived with what looked like a cement type substance all over the baskets. I contacted customer service and they shipped new ones and said they would make sure the replacements would be okay before shipped. Those new ones arrived and something. Store Supply is now making me dispose of the product which means I have to pay to dispose of these as they are metal as they would not send a call tag for the defective items. I would avoid ordering this product!”

“I love the look, function and handles of these. My only complaint is how they come shipped. They are stacked on top of each other and it is extremely hard to separate them. It stripped some of the paint I had to pull so hard. Other than that they were perfect!”
