“I ordered several of these. They came in with some smeared looking clay type on the obviously new looking rack. I called and was told that is the antiquing. It doesn't have a antiqued look. It looks like someone did a bad job and got stuff on them. I never noticed to close up image in the product photos, but one is there. I had to pay the shipping back on them.”

“I purchased this system and I was skeptical when reading the reviews. Each outrigger has two parts where you attach it to the wall. This is the only part where it attaches to the wall (part C on the instructions). The straight bar brackets leave a 6" gap between the wall and the bracket - this is normal. The system includes all hardware and screws needed for installation. My only complaint is that the finish on the outriggers was pretty beat up.”

“From the the reviews and the questions, to me if you slashed the prices as a close out it would be worth it BECAUSE there's SO much after market addditional time & money invested for this product in hardware for secure mounting to ensure load bearing guarantees also having to customize shelving to fit the width from the wall.”

“In addition the horrible customer service you're supposed to "avoid writing about" many of the pieces came scratched and dented. They looks like they were previously used! Pieces of absolute garbage. Next time I will GLADLY pay more and order from Firefly Store Solutions; as I should have done in the first place. Store Supply Warehouse is pathetic. Save yourself the time and frustration!”

“Out riggers are 7' not 8' as stated. Additionally the "Vintage Straight Bar Bracket SKU # 60832" used to create more shelves are 6'' too short for the outriggers, terrible designing”

“Love the LOOK, is made well, color is great, on the heavy duty side. But, the uprights fit 18" away from the wall, and I bought some shelf brackets to put on, BUT the brackets only come in 12", leaving a 6" gap from the wall to the shelf!!!! spoke with a sales rep and although she was very helpful she could not solve my problem as she said the manufacturer must have a design problem with the unit, I hope it gets fixed, because I would love to buy some more.”
