“I bought this system because I liked the ability to add shelves or baskets, and rearrange depending on how I wanted to merchandise certain styles. The overall system is great, but these brackets are ridiculous. They stay 6" away from the wall, so they're only supported by the vertical post itself. Even if this is fine to support the weight, who wants a shelf that far from the wall? Do you know how many time's I'll be picking up folded items from the floor?? Not to mention, these have to be installed right away, as the bracket has to be slid onto the vertical portion right away, once they're on, you can't take them off. So not only are the shelves and most of these brackets useless (I still have to use them for the rods themselves), but I paid a fortune for shipping due to the weight, and now I'm going to have to pay it again to send them back! These systems should have much more detailed information on the site to help determine what system is best for your uses.”
