“I purchased 8 of these for my office slatwall shelves to be used for displaying models and books. They arrived within 2 days and the good news was that they're an incredible value for such great quality tempered glass. They were clear without defects and the edges were nicely finished off. The bad news was that the shipper don't pay much attention to the Fragile warning stickers placed all over the box. Consequently, many of the shelves were shattered inside the box. StoreSupply's customer service was quick to help though. I got onto instant chat and the service person apologized and immediately started to send replacements. I had photos of the damaged shelves but was not asked to provide them. The replacement arrived in another 2 quick days. But, again the shipper partially damaged 2 of the 3 shelves. Again, SS quickly responded with another replacement. Let's hope it arrives today unscathed. Be aware, this is not the fault of SS. The glass shelves were carefully packaged within the shipping container. But glass can only handle so much rough handling. This is normal in my past experience when purchasing glass through mail so expect a few rounds of replacements. I'm just glad that StoreSupply is understanding in this regard.”
