“I bought two of these shelves recently to replace the missing shelves in a piece of furniture that I have. Although they were slightly shorter than the originals, they were close enough to get by with. They arrived very carefully packaged in an oversize box, clearly marked as GLASS, well protected against in transit damage. The quality of the glass is great, and the price was very reasonable. Very happy with my purchase and the service!”

“I ordered 6 14x24 shelves and 4 14x12 shelves. They arrived at the same time with 6 in one box and the 4 in another. Both sets of windows were double boxed with bubble wrap between the boxes.The box that had the six was not in very good condition with no fragile stickers and all 6 pcs where shattered. The box with the 4 pcs were in perfect condition and the box had fragile stickers all over it. I called right away and with no hesitation they sent 6 new shelves right away. I also explained to them about the box and the fragile stickers and they said they would let there shipping dept know. I received the new shelves with in 3 days and only 2 were damaged out of the six and the box was in way better condition and had fragile all over it and marked (glass) on it. I called again and they sent 2 more with no hesitation and they arrived in perfect condition. I was very happy with the customer service and with the change in the shipping dept. (fragile stickers and glass wrote on the box). I do think this falls into the carrier being careful with the contents and the package being marked fragile. I would order again with out a doubt because customer service goes along way these days!”
