“The shelves are good (I tested the temper by breaking one accidentally), the shipment came incredibly fast, but my explicit shipping instructions were not followed and left me in a bind. Luckily the delivery truck happened to have a lift gate or I would have had to refuse the shipment, but I did have to leave the pallet of glass sitting in the street while I moved it box by box by hand onto other pallets. I tried to contact my sales representative after the sale to share my concern, but no answer and no follow up. I can recommend the product, wow was the shipping fast and reasonably priced, but I would beware if you have specific requests.”

“ordered,when delivered,box contained nothing but tiny pieces of broken glass. Contacted customer service,they got back to me a few hours later and said they wanted to resolve issue,I stated it wasnt cost effective for me to send broken items back-the cost of shipping cost more than items-NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.”
