“The product is fine, but there was no directions on how to assemble it. I did my best guessing and only had a couple parts left over. But it is functioning like it is suppose too.”

“The YouTube video shows a tech assembling the case with ease. Not so much on my end. The corner posts were supposed to be marked and one was but the others were not. They also fit loose on the pegs so when you slide the glass in the slots it sticks and binds. Definitely a two man job not a one man job as depicted in the video. The order was missing some key pieces which were the vertical standards that hold the brackets that support the glass shelves and the brackets themselves plus the hardware to attach them. The black foam inserts strips used to protect the glass were too wide to fit in the channel. I had to use an exacto knife blade to trim them. Video shows some guy just easily installing them definitely not the case here. There is a slot in the pressboard of the bottom support wood... for a cable for lighting? For a drain in case of fluid leaks? The slot is in the front which would be odd if it is for a cable to a display case light. Customer service has been outstanding with me never questioning my claims and getting the missing parts shipped out with a sincere apology. It's all good but it could be all better. Good luck to Stor Supply Warehouse going forward. $180.00 to ship a 4'x4' pallet from Nevada to California seemed a little pricey.”
