“The assembly guide was very badly written. The pictures were unclear, the different components were not labeled and it was difficult to tell if all the pieces were present for assembly. In addition, some of the parts were missing. There was no packing slip and no contact information so that if there were problems, we were unable to ask for guidance or assistance.”
