I was very happy with the service. I ordered it online on a Monday and it was delivered two days later on Wednesday. They even called me to let me know when it was going to be delivered so I could sign for it. The quality of the showcase was of professional quality. The pieces are very heavy, so it requires at least two people to assemble it. I would recommend three people, two to lift and place the pieces and one to steady the case as it is being assembled. I was disappointed that the manual that came with the showcase was just a single piece of paper with a schematic of the disassembled showcase. I used the directions online, which was an eight page manual with step by step instructions. I didn't like the handles for the sliding doors. They were two pieces of plastic with adhesive on the back. The handles are so thin, it is hard to get a grip on them. More substantial handles would be better, even if a groove was ground into the glass would be better.

I liked the glass appearance--looked like the Apple Store. ;) Shelves are rated at 40lbs, if you go by the load calculators online. I liked the idea of a lighting option, but the tall case did not have it. However, power tools and some know-how came in handy. See pictures. I used some v-channel light tubes and LE LED lighting from Amazon.com.

I just finished getting this case together--the directions are not terrific, since some of the pictures did not match the product. This is not the fault of the seller. However, the customer service people made sure we received what we needed and were extremely helpful, even checking back to make sure we were ok. The case is just beautiful with lots of display space, and I needed something that could be viewed from all sides. Customers are really impressed, and I am thrilled.

We love the display cabinet it is just beautiful. It is everything it says it is. But this display cabinet is very hard to put together. They did not mark top or bottom on the glass doors for lining up the sides and doors. Turning the doors in the correct direction is so hard because it is very heavy. More direction and labels on the pieces would be very helpful.

This display case, once assembled was every bit as good as I had hoped it would be. It looks great and has plenty of space. The only issue I have is the fact that the instructions that are included with the item is a one-page mess showing EVERY piece with a complicated web of arrows that would be impossible to follow, and the instructions included on the item's store page have enough small inconsistencies with the final product to make me think they were for a different case altogether. I would recommend this product but be sure to give the online instrunctions a once-over before you begin assembly.
