“Case itself is very solid and was well-packed. It is very attractive when assembled! There is no instruction sheet, which makes assembly a little challenging, but far from impossible. The YouTube video provided by Store Supply Warehouse is very helpful.”

“I called and emailed the pictures of the display case missing an essential part. Currently I haven’t been able to assemble bc it’s missing 2 vital pieces to assemble. I’m still waiting on a response and for a solution.”

“This item had to be shipped three times because the glass package was broken with the first two shipments. Needs to be repackaged better to avoid damage.”

“I bought this for my son to display some of his collectibles , he is still filling it! I was able to put it together by myself... I must say the quality was better than I expected, shipping was fast, very pleased!”

“I am very happy with this case. It was not too challenging to get together, and I was able to complete assembly within 30 minutes. Once set up, the case is very sleek looking and has great all around view.”

“I ordered this Infinity Countertop Display Case for the local art museum gift shop. The two boxes arrived in fairly good shape and the pieces all looked good. The main issue was that there were no assembly directions included nor none online. The website shows a YouTube video of how to put it together but those were incomplete. Luckily my husband was able to take on this project as a chinese puzzle and he put it together. The glass is heavy and the finished product looks good. We loaded it with jewelry and hope that it shows off our products well for great sales. Due to the lack of assembly instructions I can't recommend it. I did receive an email with written instructions from Store Supply Warehouse after I complained but that was after we'd put the case at the shop.”

“No directions and many, many pieces. If you have lots of time to put this together, buy it. Once completed, it is a good display case.”
