“This review is as much for the company as it is the item. I was sent the wrong item the first time. Customer service promptly got a replacement out within 5 days. While it was the correct item, it wasn't new. The base was already put together (I know from my other stores you assemble it yourself) and had a large crack in it. I was willing to deal with this just to save me the hassle of assembly. When I got it inside and went to attach the rails, there was no hardware at all. I had to improvise with screws and blocks of wood to stabilize the glass shelving. There were no instructions anywhere either. I included a picture of the damage. I'm still going to use it, but for the price I paid, I'm very disappointed with what I received.”
