“The finished displays are very beautiful. Although getting it assembled was an absolute nightmare. The directions were not offered online. I had to call to get them emailed to me. BUT, they are extremely limited and do not show most of the steps. I have assembled furniture before so I figured it, out but my son and I had to really do some thinking. Panels are not marked so you have to figure that out. We did have some broken pieces due to shipping, but Store Supply Warehouse came through and replaced all of the broken parts. One piece of glass, a shelf, was broken but I had a local glass business make a new one for $38. Once put together, they are sturdy and professional looking.”

“Overall seems to be a good product. Very sturdy. Was missing the vinyl pieces that go between the glass panels and the slide rails, but they were easily improvised without having to wait for them to ship a replacement (which I'm sure they would have).”

He gave me a reference list of materials so that I could check through my packages for accuracy. Moreover, he ordered and sent replacement parts very quickly. His help along with how great the display case actually is made this purchase a very pleasant one. I plan to buy another display case in the future. Thank you.”

“I got one display damage and i didn’t get all accessories and assemble direction book. I was order many display last year too it’s good but this wall display not good wall wood it’s too thin. I’m not happy”
