The 48” Full Vision Case RTA (Ready to Assemble) is a classic that will give you years of affordable elegance and dependability for your retail store. Our display case features a low-pressure melamine laminate finish with tempered glass top, front and sides. Additional features include two rows of adjustable 1/4" split glass shelves 8” and 10” depth, steel interior standards and shelf brackets. “Everything you need to know about this showcase. You really need two people to build this showcase. The instructions are not clear on some parts, but figured it out. The good- Showcase is pretty good solid construction once all parts are tied in together. Do not over tork the screws on metal braces. Took about 1 1/2 hours to build. 3rd one took 40 minutes. The bad-- The 2 glass shelves should be ONE PIECE like all the other showcases I have bought from other vendors. This one has four 24" glass pieces. You have to butt 2 together to make a row and they sit on these rockers with suction cups. Does not feel sturdy and I could see a costly collapse of a shelve falling off sometime in the future. It also looks not visually appealing compared to having one piece that is more sturdy and safe. This is a poor design to save the manufacture a few bucks. I thought about returning.... but that is too much of a hassle and the showcases do get the job done when built properly.”

“Nice cabinet overall. Not too bad on assembling yourself, but instructions are not the greatest- even video wasn't clear on some things. Also arrived with glass chipped in one corner far inside the box. Box was undamaged on the outside. Very small chip and not worth returning, but something to be aware of.”

“I was happy to see that these were in stock so I ordered three. My order shipped the next day via New/Penn and then sat in their terminal for 2 weeks. When order was finally delivered it was just shy of 3 weeks from when I placed the order and I'm only about 5 hours from where the shipment originated. I paid for liftgate service but the pallet it was shipped on was so messed up that we broke it down on the truck because the driver was afraid to move it and do more damage (I was refunded the liftgate fee by SSW). Glass for one showcase was damaged by the shipping company and SSW replaced it in a timely manner! (received replacement glass in 4 days via ESTES) But be warned that I believe there is a design flaw that caused us to break the front glass on one of the cases during assembly! The front rail that rests on the front glass and supports the top glass does not have threaded screw holes so you can only screw the screws in about 1/3 of the way by hand and you have to use a screwgun to take it in the rest of the way and that is where the problem lies. The screw gripped into the rail and twisted it causing the front glass to shatter! I requested a quote for a replacement front glass and was told it only comes in a set that includes front and top glass even though I only needed the front glass! If I was to do it all over again I think I would've ordered assembled cases. Still trying to decide if I want to bite the bullet and order a piece of glass locally, the set from SSW, or just leave it in the box and forget about it?! I wish photos could be added to the review! The two cases that are being used are nice and working out very well. The only other complaint that I have is that I wish they would have come with floor glides for easy moving without scratching the floor! Disappointed in the overall experience!”

“I have waiting for over 4 months for these to come I stock. We are trying to open up another shop this is frustrating that company keeps going out of stock. This company is a good company and great for shipping. The out of stock need to stop it's getting old really quick. I need four asap. Will the company please get ahold of me and let me know when these are coming back in stock so that their is a guaranteed buy.”

“I still have not received this although was supposed to be here 12/1 for my opening. Still waiting as the shipper sent it to a third party that has made this order a terrible experience. Hoping for resolution but may just cancel and buy used as the process is just too much. Raymond”
