“Honestly this has been a very unpleasant situation. I placed an order for the economy female off-white jersey dressmaker form in August and my order took like 3 weeks to arrive... I live in Florida so I should've received it in a week or so. When I finally received the order, guess what? The mannequin and the base where entirely damaged and filled with mold so I called customer service immediately. The person I spoke to helped me out and placed a replacement order to make it right. However, this item was out of stock so I was notified it would arrive mid September. I was like okay sure no problem I'll wait because I need the item for pop-up shops. It is September and I called in today to check the status of the order and guess what? The item is still on backorder and the expected shipping date is LATE OCTOBER. I am honestly so disappointed, it is my first time ordering from this place (thanks to Tik-Tok btw) and my experience has been so negative. I really need the mannequin, otherwise I would've taken the refund. But it's such a hassle to have to wait so long when I originally ordered in August. If they would've checked the merchandise (make sure items were new and in perfect condition) before sending it out like that, this whole situation could've been avoided!”

“I bought this mannequin and was surprised that it arrived already dented. There is no way you can use it with a woman's fitted top as it will show the dents and poor quality”

“Can you put pants on the mannequin? Yes, but not easily. The pole is directly in the middle. You can put the pole through one of the pant legs, put the bodice on the pole, then put the pants on the bodice. It's not the easiest process but it works. The smallest size of pants I can squeeze on it are size 27. I wouldn't use this as a real dressmaker form since the bodice is made out of styrofoam. For my purposes, it is absolutely perfect and looks great. Sweet Addiction Boutique”
