“This was the lowest price I saw for a metal rolling dress form base and I was curious what the quality would be like. For the price you really can't ask for much more. The base itself is made from solid, heavy cast iron, the wheels don't roll super smoothly which is fine if you don't move it much. there was some rust under the black paint and the pain popped off in a couple spots, I don't mind a “rustic” look but it doesn't match the rod which is a smooth new look. Overall it looks good unless you're looking for authenticity and are looking close.”
