“I was so happy when the shipment arrived - until I opened the box. The silver stand was bent and not all parts of the stand were delivered. I, therefore, cannot use it. There were no directions enclosed. The arm pieces will not connect properly and without directions, I am lost. The quality of the mannequin is great. Sure wish I could use it as featured on the Store Supply Warehouse.”

“The shipping materials were undamaged, but the mannequin has a large gouge out of her shoulder and the chrome base is dented as if it had been dropped. It is too problematic to return online orders so I will adapt as well as possible. In the past, I have been very pleased with the excellent quality of the goods I have ordered from you, however, there was one dressform that was received with a crushed breast (I did not complain). I believe some attention could be spent on inspecting the goods more carefully before shipping. I rate the quality of this item highly, but I am giving a poor rating for having received an expensive item that is flawed. Boo.”
