“We were confused why we received two extra mannequins of a cheaper design / were clearly dirty / used? The main mannequins we ordered worked fine. Several had issues staying on their bases .”

“The service i received from this company is second to none i have to start with that. The product however isn't fantastic quality wise. It is really rough around the edges and there are a few holes in it where the front and back are supposed to meet but do not. very surprised it passed QC. Unfortunately we were a little stuck for time to complain about it after being let down from an other supplier. On a positive note, the fingers are not webbed on this mannequin so you are able to put gloves on the hands. If he wasn't on his way to Canada now for a tradeshow i would add pictures. He is going to be dressed up so ultimately it is only me who is going to know about the workmanship quality issue.”
