“I order these boxes regularly from another vendor but decided to order them from store supply warehouse as they were a few dollars cheaper. The cartons were crushed, opened and damaged. A few of the content were bent and out of shape. I could not send them back as I needed them for an event the following weekend. I was not happy with how the boxes were shipped and damaged. I will continue to place the order with the company I originally started with as it's not worth the few extra dollars I saved.”

“The box was smaller than the size I needed. I thought the posted size would be larger enough for any hat I had but it wasn't.”

“We like these hatboxes because of the way they fold down, however they are a bit flimsy. We add cardboard stiffeners to be inside whenever we can. I wish there was a cardboard stiffener that we could purchase to fit that box. Our customers don't even blink however when we charge them four dollars for a hatbox.”
