“I ship on average10-20 packages a day and put our items in these small boxes and then in a padded envelope. Ever since I started my return rate due to damage dropped to zero. One customer in the United Kingdom just e-mailed that his wife loves my little boxes. I e-mailed him back asking if his wife is responsible for his recent increase in orders. His response was LOL.”

“I purchase mainly one product from store warehouse supply 3 or 4 times a year but the service is wonderful. They know who I am, they know their product, when I will receive my order and how much shipping will be. If I have my act together the call takes 2 minutes”

“For the first time, we were unhappy with a SSW product. We recently ordered 1200 cotton filled boxes. We opened 5 of the 12 packages due to a musty smell that was readily apparent when the shipment arrived. In all of the cartons we opened, one or more layers of the boxes were stained, discolored and moldy. They had apparently been stored in a damp area, and the smell should have been obvious to SSW. Ugh!”
