“My prepack of 75 boxes arrived with about 25 damaged. But prompt customer service says a complete replacement prepack of 75 will be sent to me at no additional charge. Very nice boxes to present jewelry. Convenient for customers to have access to gift boxes before they leave my shop.”

“25 of 75 not usable; prepack box was damaged. By separate email I am asking for a satisfactory adjustment. See photo. Damage HAD to occur before packing for shipment, because external FedEx box was in great shape.”
