“I have purchased from SSW many times with other businesses I've owned/run. This time it was not the best experience. I never minded the crazy high shipping costs, because I knew I'd get the product the next day. I placed an order this time and paid $30 shipping on a $30 Order. I counted on it getting to me within a couple days as advertised. 6 days later...still nothing and I didn't have what I needed when I needed it. I called. My package was stuck with the shipper. There was a question about the address. It was correct. No one contacted me even though they had been notified. I asked customer service why I wasn't contacted and he disconnected the chat. The crazy thing is that I had just told my entire forum of Metalsmiths that they should order their display items from SSW. 780 members and counting. I can't decide if I should mention this transaction. Fluke or the new norm?”

“I've ordered many of these black boxes over the past couple of years and overall I love them. Unfortunately the quality isn't very consistent. I haven't been able to use a percentage of them due to glue smears in the inside of the lid or small tears in the black paper where it's folded in. The price is great so I keep coming back for more but I really wish they didn't have these issues.”
