“Bags were exactly as described and what I needed. Price was right. I had a last minute vending commitment and I needed shopping bags in two days or less. I thought I'd have to pay a fortune in shipping to have them on time- I didn't. Not only was shipping fairly priced and inexpensive, but Store Supply got them to me with time to spare. EVEN MORE IMPORTANT- the customer service was AWESOME! They sent me an email to confirm that the order arrived at their warehouse and they were aware that the bags needed to ship asap and they would go out on time as promised, then they emailed me later that day to advise me my items shipped and gave me the tracking # AND then called me a day later to make sure that I received them on time and to make sure I was happy with the product and service provided. WOW! I don't know about you, but I just don't see that kind of customer service anymore and THAT kind of service means everything to me! I'll be back and switching suppliers to these guys for all my stores needs. I'm a fan for sure!”
