“I placed an order on a weekend expecting to wait a week, on Monday. I received a call explaining the shipping facility in Georgia had SNOW that would delay shipment at least a day. My order arrived on Thursday!”

“I was hoping for a clear bag to but things in because I wanted others to see what my customers purchased and ask where they got them. These are actually a little frosty but they work for now. If you have a really clear bag please let me know.”

“I purchased these clear bags on Oct.9,17 I store stuff in bags from the grocery stores but they weren't clear and I would have to untie every bag when looking for something b/c I couldn't see what was in the bag. So I decided to end that once and for all, the price was right although the shipping cost was excessive, I received my order in a timely manner. The bags seems to be pretty strong although I doubles mines anyway b/c of heavier items, but I still can see through these clear bags.”

“These are cheap but not clear. We buy clear ones from another company and they are clear. The ones we received are very foggy to say the least.”

“No issues with the transaction; prompt response, shipping immediate, and receipt quick. t-shirt bags are good quality. I don't like all the writing down the side because it's ugly but the bags themselves are good.”

“I have been buying these bags from Store Supply for many years now. I have a subscription so they automatically get shipped when I need them. Store Supply is great and they have a very friendly staff and wonderful customer service. The bags are exactly what I need for my small business. Recently, I have noticed a change in the boxes that the bags are distributed in. The way the boxes are made, as soon as you open them, they fall apart. If they are shipped in bundles with a white plastic cord around the bundle, the boxes will have already started to break open by the time they arrive on my door. I have requested that they be shipped to me in a large box for added protection. That request was honored but, the next time my shipment came, it was not. I now have lots of boxes that are falling apart. If I am not careful with them and find another box to put them in right away, they will end up on the ground. This will cause them to get soiled and not suitable for me to use in my business. I could buy white ones at my local warehouse store for less money and no shipping (and a much more sturdy box) but I like the clear ones better. The shipping causes these to be 2-3 cents per bag. That adds up when you use a lot of them as I do. I can't afford to throw them away because they get dirty. Please find a way to distribute these bags in a more suitable box so that I may continue to use them. Thank you for reading. Shannon Campbell”
