“We bought these to use for attendee bags at a small convention. We expected the thickness of a cheap grocery bag, but these were thicker, and held up well. Our attendees were using them to put small boxes in as well, and we didn't see any tears or broken handles. These were perfect size for putting a small magazine in as well. Fantastic product for a great price as well!”

“I needed bags quickly for a last minute event and with the same day shipping, the site told me it would deliver in time. When it was out of stock in the closest warehouse and I found out it wouldn't deliver in time, customer service offered to send out a new order overnight so I would have it in time. They were so accommodating and the bags were exactly what I needed. They were the perfect size for my items and the color was nice an vibrant, just like the photo. Since my items are light, the handle was strong enough and I was never worried about them tearing.”

“When I received this box of bags, the bags were thrown in the box without any care. They were crumpled and wadded up and some had sticky dirty spots on them. There was absolutely no way I could hand my customer's purchase over the counter to them in a bag that looked as if I pulled it from the trash can. I email customer service with the problem, including pictures. I received a reply the next day saying they would send out a re-order. I did get a new box of bags a few days later that were in great condition. So in the end, they did take care of the problem quickly.”
