“I bought these bags because I loved the idea of the custom look, and the bold ribbon color complimented the orange in my logo. The bags are nicely built and the custom printing work was done well. Unfortunately, these ribbon handles have a metal catch which sometimes pulls through the holes, leaving you with a ribbon in your hand. If you are a retailer who doesn't mind assembling a bag each time you take one out for a sale, then maybe this is the bag for you. I have framed glass product, and I could not afford to send customers away with merchandise packaged in a bag with handles that could fall off. I did a few tests where tension was reduced on the handle, and when it was lifted again, one of the handle ends would slip through the hole. I had to go through the entire box, assemble the catch and tape each handle on so that it would not pull out. I spoke with customer service and asked them to please warn future customers about the nature of these handles, and they said that they would let management know about my recommendation.”
