“These were backordered and no one let me know, I had to exchange for another product”

“These bags were not flimsy which was my greatest concern. My only complaint is that I paid for overnight shipping and it was not delivered overnight causing a big inconvenience to me as I had to schedule a someone to be there to receive the box. I called the company requesting a refund of my shipping costs but my message was never returned. Disappointing!”
