“I bought 250 bags, and they are what I expected, just some basic kraft bags and that's what I wanted!”

“The bags themselves (plain Kraft bags) are great and a great price. And we will probably continue to order plain bags. However, since they had the best price on printed bags, with (what we thought) was a pretty good lead time on delivery, we tested a small quantity in hopes of ordering a lot more if the quality of the logo print was good. Well, I can't make that determination because it's been 1 month now and I still haven't received my small 4 case order. The website claims 14 business days to ship. (Somehow, I had it in my mind that it was supposed to ship after 10 business days) so after 12 business days, I still hadn't received a shipping notice or any update, so I contacted the printing department on a Friday. I was told that the bags would be shipping the first of the following week. So I waited until the 20th of September (at least 15 business days since the original order and logo approval) and still hadn't received a shipping notice. I emailed customer service and was told that this day (Sept. 20th) was the 14th business day and the bags were shipping out that day. (Fuzzy math, since my original order was on Aug. 28th) but whatever- at least the bags would be on their way. Well, here it is, September 30th. Still no bags, still no shipping notification. I emailed again 2 days ago asking for a shipping update and have received no response. It was a small 4 case order in hopes of ordering a minimum 16 more for October. Now, I have seen that I would never be able to make a second order knowing it would take over a month to receive them if we receive them at all. I guess I understand now why other companies charge much more. It has never taken more than 18 days TOTAL to receive printed bags from other companies, and that's with minimum orders of 12 cases at a time. So, I guess we'll go back to ordering plain bags and hand stamping them ourselves. So when I click below that I don't recommend this product, I mean I don't recommend getting the printed bags. Unless you order 2 months ahead of time. (Even then, I'm not sure, since I still haven't received mine). Great products, great prices. Not much in the logo printing arena though Also, the rating that I'm leaving below for quality of product and value of product is for just plain Kraft bags, since I haven't received the printed ones yet. The plain bags are fine.”
