“Product was fine. Disappointed with shipping. Online chat person told me the order would ship from the PA facility (near me in MA) and I would have it in plenty of time for my event. However it came out of GA with poor tracking (days with no updates) and arrived a day later than I wanted it for. I would not have ordered if I knew it was coming from GA. When I called I was told that because I got the economy shipping it comes from GA. However the chat person did not tell me that the location depended on my shipping method. She said it would come from PA, period. No variables. I will only order from them again if I don't have a deadline since I can't depend on the info given and the shipping method is not trackable in real time.”

“Just bought these for my 16x20” framed nature art pieces, and the bag fits perfectly! And the bottom is sturdy for the weight of each 4# piece, without it buckling. Will purchase again. Very pleased.”

“We needed these bags for a weekend holiday event. I ordered on Thursday morning and received the bags Friday afternoon. The bags were roomy and strong to hold 3-4 boxes of homemade cookies weighing up to ten pounds. I was so pleased with the professional and polite customer service representatives whom helped me during my ordering process. Our customer's purchases were nicely placed in these bags and everyone was truly happy and complimented how wonderful the bags completed our event. Thank you!”
