“I paid for a custom printed set of bags. It was Thursday the 11th, and the shipping page asked the question "when do you need it?". I was presented with 2 options, Tuesday the 16th for $23.83, or Friday the 12th for $28.04. I chose Friday, the next day. No one called me the next day, or the following Monday. I called on Tuesday because my order status showed "submitted". They told me it was going to take 5-7 business days to build, I said that would work, but had no idea why I paid that shipping fee, they didn't really explain but offered to refund the shipping, never happened. I never heard from customer service so I called again on the 23rd. nearly 2 weeks later. They told me it would be another few days and would ship out at the end of the week. I told them I had an event that Friday 26th and if they couldn't get me an order by then, I would need a refund. They could not make that delivery date and told me they would process a refund. Now, it's the 29th. I have not received a refund but did receive probably the 5th or 6th solicitation to review a product I never received. I have repeatedly hit the unsubscribe link in the email but keep getting spammed. It's a really sloppy and frustrating process. I am not a complainer and know it's tough to run an efficient operation but there are so many points of failure here and they are literally asking for this over and over and over, so there you have it. A one-star review for a product I never received. I bet it's great.”
