“After ordering my gift bags, I received a confirmation and shipping timeframe. A day later I received a call that even confirmed my order. On the day my order was supposed to arrive, no shipment was to be seen. After calling Store Supply to check on my delivery time, I was asked if they could call me back as they needed to "find my order". 30 minutes later I received a call saying my order had never shipped and that they would resend it with it to arrive two days later and remove this shipping fee. As I was under a deadline and needed the bags for an event I asked to cancel the entire order and receive a refund. 10 days later, I have still not received a refund...”
