“I wanted a bag for clients who only purchased one item (shirt, tee, jeans), after getting a sample of the med which looked more like a small bag I ordered the large. Not happy with the size, the large looks more like a med, should have ordered the jumbo to get the size I need.”

“When the bag is opened fully with the gusset bottom, it will not accommodate a what you would expect. It's not really 12x10x4 but more like 7.5x10x3 with the bottom gusset fully extended. Very disappointed.”

“Very disappointed the bag at the bottom was pleated . I wanted flat bottom. To return the shipping was 2/3 the cost of the item! So I have useless bags .”

“I recently purchased this bags. I received them the next day but the size was not bid enough for my purpose. I have a general merchandise store. So I needed the bags to hold few bottles of hair care products, body care products or school supplies exc... so I decided to call and exchange them for the bigger size. I got the costumer service rep right away and he kindly offered me that they would send me the next size bags 16" x 15" x 6" with no cost to me. He also thanked me for the patience and apologized for misunderstanding. I got the bags next day! They are great! When I asked how can I return the smaller bags he said not to worry and discard or donate them to the charity! I can say that: This was my first but not the last time buying from this website! For me it's the costumer service that makes all the difference! Thank you storesupply.com!!! Will definitely come back to shop here!”
