“Bought the wrong size and called about sending in back, after paying $75 in freight I am told I have to pay shipping and handling back. Then the rest of the order was also messed up. One had no directions to put it together and the rack was missing 3 washers and 2 screws missing. I went out and bought them or it would of cost me to ship back.”
