“The jumbo bags are great, however, the shipping service was not. I selected and paid an extra $24 for expedited shipping expecting the bags to arrive in two days. It took almost a week for the bags to reach me. If I should order from this company again, I will prepare for delayed shipping and not pay the extra fee in advance.”

“even though these are recycled craft bags, the quality is very good, rarely do we get a bag that is defective: missing handle, or bottom not glued.”

“I love the thickness of the bag. I had some given to me from another business owner and I liked the quality. Unfortunately my first order had faulty handles on one side. The entire box needed thrown away. Customer service offered to replace and they were very kind and apologetic.”
