“This is the first product have purchased from your company that I absolutely do not like. I use jewelry tags all the time and have never received them with a glossy, slick finish rather than matte finish. To write on these tiny tags one needs to use a very fine point gel type pen; ball points are too big. The ink is smudging. You can't touch them or flip them over until the ink is dry on one side - takes too long.To hold them down with one finger while writing with the other hand you can't let that finger touch the writing. They will also smudge if your fingers are not absolutely dry. I would send them back but it is not worth the trouble.”
