“Our retail store bought three of these two years ago, and all three had developed issues. One would no longer feed the label strip out the back, and we had to keep the ink roll door shut with tape on the other two. They also were not printing well anymore. However, over two years of use and abuse by dozens of different employees, you may have fewer issues with kinder use. Also, customer service was amazingly easy, just using my email they looked me up, and sent three brand new ones as these were still covered under the warranty. Maybe not as high caliber as the more expensive models, but with gentle use, and their warranty and customer service make this a good value.”

“I purchased a Monarch SSW 1-Line pricing gun which had a 5 year guarantee. The pricing gun was not working efficiently and a replacement was sent. Needless to say the replaxcement was also defective. I was refused a replacement and told I could purchase another pricing gun....with free shipping. The company wins on the guarantee.”

“No problem with the equipment. The only issue I had was it is easily over looked that zero labels come with the gun. At least one roll should be included. I had to order labels with added to my freight cost.”
