This is the 3rd one we have had . We have had lots of trouble with each of them.

This gun is very difficult to load. We even had to look for a You Tube video to help us, but it still does not work properly. We have to print two labels to get one that is correct. Very aggravating and wasteful.

My two line labels would not fit in gun. Very disappointed w product, representation of product and return service. This experience will definitely influence future purchases from store supply and be limited to only if I can't get supplies from another source. Buyer Beware!

Could not get a clear print. No matter where I put the band there were ink marks on the labels. Should of sent it back, but my temper through it on the floor.

I bought this because our old one was going out (it had been dropped several times). It's easy to use and a good value.

Never received this item. Why do I have to write 25 characters?

I bought 2 of these price guns & after 1 month one stopped working so I called to use the warranty but I was told I have to pay for shipping (I estimated it about $20-25) that is about 35% of the original cost, so it ended up in the trash, I think I will go back to my local supplier for price guns.
