“The past two times I've ordered this ink for our SSW price guns, the ink is so light that I thought there was something wrong with our price guns. We rolled them on paper and compared to our other ink from other price guns, and it's clear the issue is the ink. This has not happened in the past so I don't know what has changed, but twice now we have received ink rollers that barely show up.”

“I have been buying these rollers for 18 years. Lately the quality is poor and I received no help when calling about them. One crumbled apart while I was putting it in the gun. I would consider buying another type gun.”

“I ruined the carpet in my basement with this. Ink goes everywhere. Instructions should say "replace while outside or over a trash can" - wish I just would have bought a new gun.”
