“I am hoping that these continue to work in my pricing gun. I have ordered some before and I have about 5 rolls that did not work in my gun and it keeps jamming up. So I can not use them.”

“I requested 2line labels for labeler gun 94502. Received 1 line labels doesn't fit gun. Checked sku # on order it was correct. 94507. This really puts us in a bind. Item has to be sent back and we need the labels now. I have not been happy with your service for awhile now. Things we have ordered from your catalog in the past, have gone to the wrong store in a other state. They assigned the same account # to two different stores in two different states. They keep telling me that they have red flagged the accounts. Assigned different account #s but it may no difference. Keeps happening. I am now using my personal credit card and having items shipped to my home address to prevent our items going to the other store .But guess what our catalogs now come to my house under the name of the lady who runs the store in the other state. I will be returning the labels and the correct ones need to be sent as soon as possible . I have contacted your customer service many times about this problem but no one takes care of it or gets this issue resolved. We really like your products and will continue to order. Thank you”
