“Bought this to replace an old tagging gun that broke. I've had the economy version in the past, but opted for the extra dollar or two to try this one. Works great. Feels nice in the hand, and seems to be of a better quality than others I've had. The economy ones works fine, but for the price difference, this is a nice step up.”

“My got got delivered with a huge needle. It is really hard to believe that this very needle is meant for leight weight delicate fabrics. It left a huge hole even on regular t-shirt. I am disappointed. The quality itself looks ok but this is definitely NOT a "Fine" tagging gun. Not for delicate fabrics at all. Either that, or I was sent it with the wrong needle!”

“I purchased 4 of these 94-601 SSW tagging guns on March 1, 2014, along with the 1" and 2" fastening attachments. The guns, attachments and hangers that we ordered all came, but in separate boxes. We called the company to let them know that we had not received any needles with the guns. They said that they would ship them out immediately. I also ran into their sales rep at market who said that he would take care of the fact that the needles had not been received and would be sure that they were sent out. After emailing, calling, continuing to email and call regarding this matter, they reply with letting me know that additional needles do not come with the gun. I explained that the original needles were attached to the gun and they blame the manufacturer, without solving the issue. Their snippy responses to the emails make the customer feel as though they have done something wrong when the product was defective. This issue would have been no big deal, until it involved 7 phone calls, 11 emails and 2 trade shows. I have attached a video of the packaging to show that they are in their original packaging with no needle. I would not recommend buying this product or dealing with the lack of customer service that this company provides.”
