“I ordered this product on December 22 it was in stock according to the website, date got pushed out to January 2, again pushed out to January 6, called on January 7 no update now says December 6. Ordered $400 of labels that I cannot use and they want me to ship them back but may make an exception to provide shipping label :(”

“It took me a while to set the two-line label because one of the print rollers was installed upside down. I had to use trial and error to get it to print correctly. You could not see what was going to print, so I had to waste several labels testing each of the upper 8 spaces until I achieved the desired printed line. In the long run, this will mean that every time I need to make a change, this is the process I will have to do. Not acceptable because if wastes labels and takes up unnecessary time.”

“Beware this price gun does not come with labels. There is not even a suggestion that you may need labels. I would have been so happy to buy labels with this gun in order to use it the same day”
