“Unfortunately it arrived broken beyond repair and I had to take a refund on the product. It did look very beautiful and I would have so enjoyed using it. Perhaps the issue was in the packaging? “The doors are broken on every case, including the replacements that were sent. This has been a repeated issue and either poor design of the cases or possibly need to package differently. Maybe use bubble wrap instead of the solid foam packing to give flexibility against the case if it's bumped around.”

“First display arrived and "lock" inside had shifted around and broke part of the side in shipping. I called customer service and they sent me a new one OVERNIGHT at no charge. Cannot express how excellent their customer service was - above and beyond. Display case is great and an excellent value.”

“I bought this for my business. And it came broken. Another one was shipped quickly but also came shattered in little peices . BUT customer service is wonderful and refunded me instantly. Bad product. BUT GREAT CUSTOMER RESOLUTION.”
