“It takes a little tweaking to get the mixture just right. It can tend to a little bitter if you miss the ratios but once it’s dialed it’s pretty smooth. Spoon stirring yields bitter taste. Using an electric whisk and “frothing” it yields a smooth taste. As per usual, no jitters or crashes with STRONG.”

It is the best instant coffee I've ever had, and I appreciate the health benefits. I don't even mind the price, although the added shipping cost is a bit much.
