“It seems to be strong enough to do its job, but I can't press down with my index fingers due to the arthritis. You have to very firmly hold the button down. But it's the only one I've seen that you have to hold and press the button down to get it to spin. Very disappointing! The first one I got wouldn't spend it all. It had something wrong with the motor. They finally sent me a new one, even though I could not send them a picture of me pressing down to spin it because I couldn't press down. They knew I needed it to be an on/off. That was one of my points of why I thought it was broken, there was something wrong with the motor and the on/off didn't work, I've never seen or bought one that didn't have an on-off button. Who to look for such a thing? It was assumed especially for $40 delivered”
“Paid for Express Delivery (1-3 days). Ordered on 5-16. Now 5-24 and still have not received it. This was going to be a gift but missed that opportunity. Not sure at this point if I’ll keep it or send it back. Express delivery should not rely on USPS!!”
“The directions that came with the frother says it runs for 3 minutes when you push the on button, but it does not. It only runs when you hold the button. It's all fine by me! Love the carry case.. it won't get damaged in the drawer of gadgets!!”
