Hi, we are sorry that this shirt colour was not suitable for your school. I can see your order was deliverd to you 7th October. We then received your return back some time after and the refund was processed 20.10, less than two weeks after it was originaly delivered to you. It may have taken a few days to reach your bank so we apologise for any delay.
