“I would best describe this toner as the skin equivalent of having a big glass of water when you have a really dry mouth.
A lot of toners are pretty astringent and act as a second cleanse which dry out my already dry skin. This does the opposite of that and packs moisture back in.
Its light texture is not at all oily or greasy and absorbs well giving my face a bright and dewy look. Its also great if your face needs a refreshing pick me up throughout the day.”
