“By the time I got my cookies and frosting, the box was extremely warm, so it sat in a truck all day. This caused the frosting to become thick and disgusting. The regular sugar was cookie. The darker cookie, not sure what flavor it was, didn't taste good either.”

Some people have a lot of free time—and apparently free cookies, too. For anyone wondering, this anonymous “review” came from someone who didn’t actually buy a Cookie Kit, but won it in a giveaway. Yes, they got it for free. We ship our kits carefully, but sometimes packages spend a little extra time on a warm truck (summer weather + UPS isn’t always a perfect combo). Most customers pop their kits in the fridge and enjoy—problem solved. And, for the record, the “mystery cookie flavor” they didn’t like? It’s chocolate. Pretty standard. For those of you who actually order from us: your cookies are fresh, delicious, and made to bring joy (not drama). But hey, not everyone can appreciate free dessert—we’ll leave that to our real fans.
